That is a more useful answer than pretending the booking page’s phrase “total number of rooms in this category: 1” means one standard water villa. The same dynamic page shows at least ten standard and at least ten sunset units available for a sample week, making that label clearly a layout description or display fault rather than a physical count.
Water Villa versus Water Villa Sunset View
Both standard categories are approximately 93 square metres and use the same core plan. Each has a double bed, sofa bed, extra bed option, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, coffee setup, Wi-Fi, and a deck above the lagoon.
The private pool is published at about 2 metres by 4.1 metres and 1.2 metres deep. It is a proper cooling pool for drifting, talking, and staring at the horizon, but nobody is training for a medley relay in it.
